General Enquiry Service

Our enquiry, advice & support service aims to help with all sorts of things from needing to know “where’s the nearest nursery” to needing something photocopied to more complex issues relating to asylum claims, welfare benefits, debt, housing, utility providers, employment, & education.
All staff and volunteers are happy to help with your general enquiries or office services needs Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, or contact us via this website.
For the more complex matters, our Welfare Advice and Support Officer can help you sort things out. He runs drop-in surgeries on Mondays 10am to 12pm and Wednesdays 6 to 8pm or simply call to arrange an appointment with him.
